TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
PianoAccessories.ca offers convenient ways for our customers to track packages.
Your order is shipped by either UPS or FedEx Standard Ground service, Canada Post XpressPost, or Expedited Parcel service. On the day your order is shipped we will notify you by email with your unique Tracking Number.
UPS TRACKING NUMBER
1. Visit the UPS Website and Track Your Order From There
Just visit www.UPS.com and enter your Tracking Number using their online Tracking Service. You can receive up-to-the-minute information whenever you choose, or:
2. Phone 1-800-PICK-UPS and Speak to a Customer Service Representative
Just have your Tracking Number handy, and they will update you on your shipment status.
3. Email UPS to Request a Tracking Summary Email UPS at: totaltrack.gb-eng@ups.com
- Type in your Tracking Number in either the Subject Line or the Body of your email message
- UPS will reply with a Tracking Summary
FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER
1. Visit the Fedex Website and Track Your Order From There
Just visit www.FedEx.com and enter your Tracking Number using their online Tracking Service. You can receive up-to-the-minute information whenever you choose, or: 2. Phone 1-800-GO-FEDEX and Speak to a Customer Service Representative Just have your Tracking Number handy, and they will update you on your shipment status.
CANADA POST TRACKING NUMBER
1. Visit the Canada Post Website and Track Your Order From There
Just visit www.canadapost.ca and enter your Canada Post Tracking Number using their online Tracking Service. You can receive up-to-the-minute information whenever you choose, or:

Just have your Canada Post Tracking Number handy, and they will update you on your shipment status.
